What is your return policy?

We Guarantee You Must Be 100% Satisfied With your purchase. If You Are Not, We Will Promptly Credit The Full Purchase Price, Providing It Is Done In Accordance With The Following Conditions.

If You Are Not Satisfied, You May Return It At Your Expense If It Has Not Been Worn Or Displayed, Shown, Or Used Or Put Out For Sale.

It Must Be Returned Within 24 Hours Of When UPS/USPS Delivered It

It Must Be Wrapped To Return, Each Piece Protected As You Received It. We Do Not Count Saturday Or Sunday In The 24 Hours.

There are some items that do not have a 24 hour return. They are not returnable. Those items, almost all of them expensive swarovski crystal necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, swimwear, under garments.

Jewelry,Watches,Hair Jewelry, or Handbags that are "Special Ordered For A Customer" are not returnable!

Jewelry, Watches, Hair Jewelry, or Handbags are not returnable if the quantities ordered exceed 15 dozen of a style number, without a prior written agreement.

The Watches we sell, including all parts, the movement, bands, or bracelets, do not have a warranty, except the 24 hours that you may return them as specified above. The watches we sell are for a fashion look and should not be expected to be anything more.

All returns must be with an RMA number. You must contact us immediately - BEFORE you ship the item back, we will give you this number. You MUST write this number on a piece of paper and enclose it with-in the box/wrap of return product. All items without RMA's will be returned to sender....
